Position Purpose and Essential Functions
Cooks at Perdido Beach Resort are responsible for maintaining, setting up, and food production in our Kitchen that supports 5 restaurants and a large Banquets facility. We ask that you take responsibility for the food quality of meat, fish, fowl, and other food items to ensure the excellent service that our guests expect.
