Beachball Properties is a locally owned and operated vacation rental company who was awarded VRMA’s 2022 Vacation Rental Management Company of the Year. We are looking to hire housekeepers with a strong work ethic and an eye for quality.
The housekeeper’s primary focus is properly cleaning a property post-reservation per our company standards. Housekeepers directly impact guest and owner satisfaction, as well as the success of Beachball Properties. Housekeepers are also required to communicate any maintenance issues.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Clean and sanitize all common areas, guest bedrooms, and bathrooms
- Change linens, Make beds, place all kitchen and bath towels, place amenity kits
- Dust furniture
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Take out any trash
- Report issues related to any maintenance issues in the property through a cell phone software application provide by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and punctual
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Minimal customer service skills.
Special Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel locally as needed.
- During peak season, required to work weekends and holidays.
