We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities: Guest Communication includes answering phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to guest inquiries, providing information about the property, amenities, local attractions, and policies.
Address guest concerns and strive to resolve any issues promptly.
Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Reservations:
Assist with processing reservations, including taking bookings, confirming details, and collecting payments.
Communicate with guests prior to arrival to provide check-in instructions and answer any questions.
Administrative Duties:
Accept and manage packages and deliveries.
Sort and distribute mail.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficient in basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented and organized.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus.
Benefits: Semi-flexible work schedule. May work some weekends.
